This kit contains all of the fabric required to complete the quilt except for the backing. Last year we added a new baby to our extended family! One pattern and one solid that matches one of the colors in the pattern.
1 what am i buying?
Bluebonnets is a lovely filler pattern and also makes a great border. I really enjoy drawing this one — loops aren't as challenging as circles. Two distinct pattern (dots and stripes, two dots of different colors, florals and checks, etc.) more than anything, i find it handy to make sure i have just about equal amount of solids and patterns when i go through my fabric stash. The herringbone pattern created in this quilt is made by arranging the triangles in such a way to create a herringbone pattern.
